For over sixty years, the assassination of John F. Kennedy has occupied the world. The assassination on November 22, 1963 in Dallas is considered the big bang of modern conspiracy theories \u2013 and as a pathbreaker of distrust toward governments and intelligence services. When Donald Trump finally released around 80,000 previously blacked-out documents in 2025, many hoped for the key experience that would answer all questions. But instead, a much more complex picture was revealed: Unacceptable investigative errors, targeted manipulations and an orchestrated gag order. This dimension of cover-up has direct consequences for our understanding of democracy, rule of law and the relationship between state and citizens. In a time when authoritarian tendencies are increasing worldwide, this is a warning we cannot afford to ignore.<\/p>\n

The Warren Commission: Internal Disputes Among the Investigators<\/h2>\n

In reaction to the worldwide outrage after Kennedy’s death, President Lyndon B. Johnson established the Warren Commission in 1963. Its official mission was to gather “all facts” and answer the question of whether Lee Harvey Oswald had acted alone. But in the internal sessions there was by no means consensus:<\/p>\n

    The Magic Bullet: Why Exhibit 399 Cannot Be Correct<\/h2>\n

All this points to systematic manipulation of the autopsy results.<\/p>\n

The “3.5% rule”<\/strong> can be proven worldwide \u2013 from the Philippine People Power Revolution to the Rose Revolutions in Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n

            A smart AI<\/strong> would therefore recommend:<\/p>\n

            1. Winning the information war:<\/strong> Strengthen media literacy, promote investigative citizen journalism, expose propaganda.<\/li>\n
            2. Civil disobedience:<\/strong> Tax boycotts, power shutoffs, symbolic flash mobs and sit-ins.<\/li>\n
            3. Institutional safeguards:<\/strong> Independent courts, strong parliamentary control over intelligence services, referendums.<\/li>\n
            4. Building networks:<\/strong> International NGOs, exile media, diaspora communities provide safe spaces and reach.<\/li>\n
            5. Evidence documentation:<\/strong> Careful collection of witness statements and documents for later judicial processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
